1:1 consultations are tailored to your needs where Jemma will equip you with the knowledge & skills to improve your health and wellbeing and continue to maintain this for yourself.

Initial Naturopathic Appointment
& health plan - in person
90 minutes - $150*
For this appointment we dive deep into your presenting concerns and explore your past health history, current diet and lifestyle. At this appointment I also ask you to bring along any pathology/diagnostic results you’ve had done the last 6 months. You can ask your doctor for a printed copy and email them through to me or bring them with you on the day.
Within one week, you will receive your health plan via email which can be discussed with you further via email or phone to cover any questions you may have.
*Please note: initial consultations require a prior health questionnaire to be completed prior to your appointment. The questionnaire will be supplied to you via email at the time of booking. The information you provide gives a snapshot of your health status and concerns as well as helping me prepare for our consultation, to make the most of our time together.
Follow-up appointment - in person
45 minutes - $70
30 minutes - $50
This appointment takes place 2-4 weeks after your initial appointment. In the follow up we discuss your current health plan and make adjustments needed.
PACKAGE - in person
6 x 45 minutes $450
Set yourself up on a 3 month journey and save!
Choosing this package gives your personal accountability to continue with your health goals and saves you money. The package includes your initial consultation and 6 x 45minute follow-up consults for $450 dollar (normally valued at $570). With an additional bonus of 10% off any herbal medicine or practitioner supplements supplied.
*Please note follow up appointments must be used within 4 months from the initial consult.
ACUTE HERBAL MEDICINE APPOINTMENT - PHONE CALL
15 minutes - $30
This appointment is for existing patients only and conducted via phone call. It is for quick check-ins or acute conditions such as colds and flus, hay fever, ear infections, and unexpected stressful periods. You will be given a prescription for a herbal medicine and/or supplements to best suit you and your specific health concern at the time if required.
Blood test interpretation - via email
$45*
Often, clients are told their results are “normal” however normal doesn’t always mean optimal! If you would like a deeper understanding of your blood test results, I can offer a thorough assessment with an explanation of what each number means, and suggestions for what you can do to help improve your numbers - and your overall health.
*Please note: blood test interpretations are included as part of an initial consultation and for current clients during follow ups. If you are not booked for either of these but still want your blood test results assessed, then this service can be purchased separately.

Initial appointments require 100% deposit and follow ups require 50% at the time of booking. Please follow the prompts below to secure your appointment.
Our cancellation policy requires 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to cancel your appointment prior to the 24 hour notice period, refund will be at the discretion of JS Naturopathy.
If you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms or are a close contact of someone with COVID-19, please contact the clinic to adjust your appointment to online or reschedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation and Missed Appointments Policy
I understand that your time is valuable, and so is mine. Out of respect for myself and my other clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
